Welcome! I assume you are looking for a therapist, so please look over this website to see if I’m the type of psychologist that you would want to work with. Feel free to contact me with additional questions via email.

I am open to working with you on a wide variety of issues, but if I had to pick just four that I most frequently focus on, they would be:

  1. Veterans: I left the Army after 10 years and two deployments so I have a lived awareness of the wide range of issues service members experience.

  2. Depression/Grief/Loss: They don't always go together, but it's hard to go through life without experiencing these and often it makes sense to not go it alone.

  3. Professionals & Executives: For most of my life I've been involved with professionals - whether it was other professors, MDs, CEOs, Officers, or religious professionals (e.g., Pastors or Priests). I'm intimately familiar with their unique stresses and concerns.

  4. Religious concerns: In our western culture it can be challenging to live according to your religious values. The interface between one's religion and mental health may result in suffering that is unique to those with a religious faith. I'm a strong believer that everyone has to figure out their own spiritual journey. I will look at your situation from a psychological perspective and collaboratively help you find a way forward.
